DELIVERY 

It is possible to send devices to service centre in the following ways: 

1. OMNIVA AND DPD PARCEL MACHINES – FOR FREE 

2. DPD courier – courier costs - 5 EUR (one way) 

The delivery method can be chosen in the last step in repair request form, please do not forget to package your device in a safe way, more details on safe packaging available here. 

Requested repairs can be shipped form and received anywhere in Latvia. 

The average delivery time to service is 1-2 business days. 

After repair has been finished all devices are shipped back within one business day. 

OTHER COSTS THAT MIGHT BE APPLIED WHILE FILLING OUT DEVICE REGISTRATION FORM  

1. Diagnostics cost – 15 EUR (is applied only for out-of-warranty repairs, if the out-of-warranty repair will be performed the amount will be added to coverage of the total repair price; if the out-of-warranty repair will not be performed the customer will not be reimbursed as the price will cover the payment for the work performed by the engineer, who performs the diagnostics for the device). 

2. Some insurance companies have fixed deductible costs, which can be applied before the device is sent for repair. 

3. Data saving in the service centre is paid service which costs 20.50 EUR. We advise saving your data before sending the device to the service centre, as all data might be deleted during the repair process. Data deletion is necessary to perform complete diagnostics and software update. You can check our suggestions on how to save data here. 

4. If costs for an out-of-warranty repair are needed our specialists will contact you to confirm the repair price, repair will be performed only after receiving approval. If diagnostics price has been paid, the amount will be added to cover the total repair cost.

3. Pay later with Klix. We offer to pay for repair services in multiple payments, by drawing up an installment payment agreement with finance companies, which are provided by Citadele payment system Klix. (You will have the possibility to choose an interest-free option for short term or draw up an installment payment agreement for a longer period with favorable interest rate). 

4. Pay in cash (only possible at TSC service centre location).
